HBO Max Black Friday Promotion?

Every time I try to redeem my HBO Max 12 month subscription that is apparently supposed to be free with the internet service I signed up for, says page not found? Spent 45 minutes on the phone with a customer service rep & got absolutely no where with it. How ridiculous. Anyone else have this issue, how do I fix this? Can't count on customer service to help. Slightly regretting going with Xfinity with all the issues I have faced so far & now this.

Hello @user_f5c99b! Thank you for taking the time to reach out and being part of the Xfinity family. I'm so sorry you've had such a hard tie getting this taken care of. So you have a code you need to redeem? Can you give me more details on how you received the code?

Yes, I am having trouble with this as well. As I am typing this comment, I am on the phone with customer service. I am now being charged for HBO Max. I followed the instruction how on to set up the free HBO Max to the T. I am extremely unsatisfied with how complicated they made setting up HBO Max and how I am being charged for it. I am glad that I am not the only one having issues. Thank you for making this post.
