Free flex box- not able to order online


I'm trying to order the free flex box with my internet service, but I keep getting the message "We're sorry. Xfinity flex isn't available to you right now, but you can still enjoy the latest movies and hottest shows."

Doesn't work through the app or browser. I just want my box man lol.

Hey @yung_sandwich, love the name by the way, thanks for reaching out to Xfinity Support on our forums. We can definitely help get you the Flex box. Can you send us a direct message so i can see what is going on? 

To send a direct message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct messaging" icon near the top right of the page

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send it
