FLEX YOUTUBE NOT WORKING

guys you are closing tickets on this matter without sharing information on how to fix it.

PLEASE PROVIDE INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO REMOVE/REINSTALL THE YOUTUBE APP

@user_9fd6e6 Thank you for reaching out on the Xfinity Community Forums. At this time, you are unable to remove or delete apps from the Flex box. You are able to perform a factory reset if you need to start fresh on the box. Please visit Complete a Factory Reset on an Xfinity Flex Streaming TV Box if you wish to perform a reset of the box.

Why is the YouTube app broken? You literally can’t access your library when logged in

user_7f764d  I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing issues accessing your YT library on the flex box. Have you reset the box or taken any other troubleshooting steps already?
