Flex won’t complete setup

I’m trying to setup my Flex box and it’s giving me error code XRE-00251. It says my account is missing info but when I check my account I don’t see anything missing. Please help!

The error message should direct you to get support from the Xfinity Assistant.

that error means that there is an issue with the device appearing on your account.  

please visit and sign into https://www.xfinity.com/xfinityassistant/
