Hey @NattVargr,
If your Bluetooth devices supports it, you would need to "pair" the Xfinity Remote to your Bluetooth audio device. You can find steps on How to Pair and Program Your Xfinity Voice Remote on our support page. If your device is unable to be paired to the Xfinity Remote, you would need to use the default audio control options (If Any) on your specific device. You can also look up Pair a Bluetooth Device with your X1 TV Box or Flex Streaming TV Box on our support page for pairing and FAQ.
