Flex returning to Home Screen

Flex continues to return to Home Screen every 15-20 minutes regardless of what we are watching. 

We have had a dozen calls with tech. Every time they go through the same steps with the same results.....

Tired of being treated like an idiot for questioning them and why they can not figure out what the problem is.

We have gone through 2 Flex, multiple restarts, wire checks, restarts, etc. etc.

I have seen other threads about the same problem going back 2 years but there has never been a posted resolution. 

This equipment is worthless if you can not even watch a show from beginning to end.

Thanks for reaching out @user_f5c0bc! I'm so sorry you're having issues with the Xfinity Flex Box. So do you mean the Flex Box goes to the screen saver after 15-20mins?

Too many bugs, going back to my fire stick
