Hey there, @BrittonBelle, thanks for reaching out through Xfinity Forums regarding your Flex and remote. We are happy to help with troubleshooting your remote. Have you tried re-pairing the remote to the Flex box by holding the Xfinity and Info (i) buttons together until the light changes color? Also, are any buttons on the remote responding, or is it completely unresponsive?
