Ive retarted the flex and my modem several times but cant seem to get it working please help

Thank you for taking the time to reach out and being part of the Comcast family. That's definitely not the experience we want you to have. I'd also be frustrated if my Flex box wasn't working. I'd be happy to look into this for you. Has your Flex box ever worked? If so when did you start getting errors?
