Flex error code ENT - 22013

I am still having the error code ENT - 22013, even though I have followed the trouble shooting instructions. Lately this has been happening every time I try to use it.

I do apologize you are getting the error code when trying to use the Flex Streaming device. We would be more than happy to help! We may need to send an initialization signal out to the device from here.
