Flex connection

I am having trouble setting up my Flex. Every time I plug it in I get the screen that says “WELCOME” but when I try to hold down the voice button like in the instructions to set it up I just get a blank green screen.

Thank you for letting us know about this @user_7e2416, we definitely want you to be able to enjoy your new device, so we'd love to help figure out what is going on with this. Do you happen to have another HDMI cable around to test if that helps you complete the set up? If you are getting a green screen, it could be an issue with either the HDMI cable or the HDMI outlet on the box or TV. You can also try to plug your HDMI cable into a different outlet on your TV to see if that helps.

can you try a new HDMI cable or a different HDMI input?  Green screen is usually caused by an HDMI issue.   No need to hold down the hold button voice button - the remote gets paired during the initial set up.
