Flex box not working properly


I am receiving the “Yikes, that didn’t work” Check your internet connect and try again. If you’re using Wi-Fi, you can try switching to Ethernet and check all cables are tightly connected to your modem and cable outlet. ENT-22010

My internet is working fine. I am also able to access apps via voice command.

Hey @user_7b0728, thank you for reaching out to Xfinity Support on our Forums about your Flex box. Since the apps are loading, are you just getting that error on the main menu? Also, have you already tried power cycling the box to see if that clears it?
