Flex box language (Youtube)

Flex box has Youtube app but it is not showing unicode language characters. I see a forum thread related to that issue https://forums.xfinity.com/conversations/flex/flex-language-support/602daf25c5375f08cd02561b but I couldn't find any button or option to send a private message as suggested by a representative. This thread also doesn't have any resolution as well. Need help to resolve this issue. I have used Roku and Firestick but didn't face the problem with those devices with respect to seeing unicode characters.

Thank you for reaching out and posting your feedback regarding the Flex box. Our Flex service is newer but we are always looking to improve and build upon. 

 

What language are you trying to use? At this time the Flex box can only do English and Spanish. I bumped into a similar issue myself and researched into it. 

 

Our team is ready to help 24/7 here on the forums.
