Flex Box and Hitz

After swapping the old set top box for the new Flex Box(so I could watch HBOMAX and other streaming apps)I no longer have access to Hitz(which is included with my package),when I try to watch a movie on Hitz it's not free to me, it say that I need to subscribe, but going into the watch options, it's free on Pluto TV, is there anyone experiencing the same issue?

Hi, @cestro919. I would be happy to take a look and see what is going on. Can you send a private message with your name and address, please? 

 

1. In the top right corner, you'll see a little chat icon near the bell icon. Click the direct message icon 

2. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

3. In the 'To' line, type "Xfinity Support" there. A drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list (an "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line)

4. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

5. Press Enter to send it. An official employee, such as myself or whoever is first available, will respond. Thanks!
