Its now giving error code d78ca41f-8aa7-4849-da2f-286b7128cca2. Always buffering every few minutes the give error code within 10 minutes of watching. Only on HBO and not on other devices except the one connected to the flex box.
Thank you for letting us know @user_288889. I would be more than happy to help by troubleshooting this for you. First, I wanted to know if you can try performing an Account Refresh to see if this clears the error code you're getting. Let me know if this helps.
