Error ENT-22011
I keep getting this error when I turn on my Flex tv box. I tried unplugging and plugging back in the box, but that did not help. I could not find any trouble shooting solutions online. Is there anything I can do to fix it or do I need an xfinity technician to come out and look at my box?

I am having the same issue. I’ve restarted reconnected to Wi-Fi and still receive the ENT-22010 error message. Voice prints allow me to open Netflix and Disney that is it. So the box works and I am connected to Wi-Fi but unable to get to the Home Screen.

Same issue here friends. Hoping that when I go back downstairs and plug the box back in it will be magically working again. (I left it unplugged all day).

Hello, @user_7ae60c. This was a known issue and our engineers advised to unplug the box from power for about 20 seconds and then plug it back in. If you are still having issues after restarting the box, let us know, and we can do more troubleshooting.

Issues still exist as of now. I did the unplug the flex machine. Also reset my modern etc.
Few days ago, when I first have the issues, I was able to open app using voice commend. Today , when I use the same method. It force me out.
Please advise when it can be fixed?
