Equipment charge for Discontinued Flex Box

I have been charged $24 per month for two Flex boxes not being returned. I understand this is Xfinity property but they have been phased out. Chat has been very unhelpful. I would appreciate someone looking into these being permanently removed from my account. It is very frustrating.

I am having this issue as well.

It was my understanding when I signed up for xFinity, that the service was free.  I just realized I've been charged $25 a month apparently for the last several years.
I've never used Flex or the box.

I would like to cancel and have this removed from my account.
