Ent 22017
Purchased puss in boots 5 days ago,couldn't watch it,error ent 22017. I spent a few hours on chat with 3 agents and a supervisor, went to the store and had a tech coming over and nobody could fix it. I got reimbursed and I Purchased the movie again and same problem. And again after almost another hour on the phone trying to fix it,doing same troubleshooting steps I have done 10 times in the last 5 days,I gave up
