Does Xi6-t flex support HDMI to VGA adapters?

I'm trying to connect the flex box to an old projector from 2004 that runs in 1024x768. When I try to connect the flex box to the projector I can't get a signal. I've restarted both the flex box and the projector but no luck.

change the screen resolution on the box should be under device/settings/video display. See if that does anything but even if your projector was 720x480 or something it wouldnt make a difference working wise, would just output the picture not as good. But you kinda were vague in the question, you tried to connect it how? With HDMI or VGA, and which one did you try that showed no picture? From my own experience HDMI has worked anytime when transferring picture. Also there are times where there is an update to be needed or firmware added etc in order to work. Good luck

Thanks so much to reach out to Xfinity Support.  We are so glad to hear from you and want to help in any way that we can to ensure you are having the best experience with your service @Sk8er913.  Connecting the device shouldn't be an issue.  Are you able to confirm if the device has HDMI ports?

@XfinityArmand there are no hdmi ports on this device I will connect it to another device to confirm that the flex box still works.

No problem @Sk8er913!  Please let us know if the Flex device is still functioning.  If the projector device you are using does not support HDMI then it would not be compatible.
