Delay with sling app
Hello, I have been having troubles with the sling app. The programming is a half hour delayed at least. The issue only occurs on the Flex box. I have cleared local data, rebooted the system several times, restarted, and nothing is working. Please help. Thank you.

I have had the identical problem the past two days. My delay is about an hour and is present on the only device i have that uses the Xfinity Flex. (All others work fine so this seems to be a Xfinity Flex problem.) Any suggestions how to fix this?

Same issue here! All live channels appear delayed by about an hour on the flex box, but on all other devices sling is working properly.

Hello - we’re having this issue too. Have tried everything including hours on the phone (shame on us). What should we do to get a new flex box? Stop in store?
