Can't cancel AMC+ on Flex

I got AMC+ via the Flex box and I want to cancel it but it won't let me. It says I don't have any subscriptions and the Xfinity Assistant says I don't have a TV package. But the subscription is showing up on my bill. Looking through the other threads with the same problem it seems the only solution is to do a peer to peer message which you can't do until you've made a post.

@XfinityJimmy , did you figure this out? See below on this chain where I am having a similar issue where I am getting billed for services I can't access and Xfinity tells me I don't have.

I made this post so I’d be able to talk(direct message) an actual Xfinity person to cancel the subscription. But even though he said it was cancelled it still showed up on my bill. So I went into an Xfinity store to have them cancel it

This is infuriating. I have no idea how AMC+ got on my bill but I've been charged for 3 months in a row. And now that I'm investigating I am unable to login to AMC+ and comcast says that I don't have TV services. So now I'm paying for something I can't access and comcast tells me I don't have it....it's on my bill!

@dan417 Here is a fun screenshot that shows xfinity tells me I don't have AMC+ TV Services with my bill in the background showing that I'm being charged for AMC+ TV services.
