Can't cancel AMC+ on Flex
I got AMC+ via the Flex box and I want to cancel it but it won't let me. It says I don't have any subscriptions and the Xfinity Assistant says I don't have a TV package. But the subscription is showing up on my bill. Looking through the other threads with the same problem it seems the only solution is to do a peer to peer message which you can't do until you've made a post.

I have the same issue amc+ was added to my subscription and I want to cancel it.

This is infuriating. I have no idea how AMC+ got on my bill but I've been charged for 3 months in a row. And now that I'm investigating I am unable to login to AMC+ and comcast says that I don't have TV services. So now I'm paying for something I can't access and comcast tells me I don't have it....it's on my bill!
