Canceling AMC +

I tried canceling AMC+ from my flex box but it says I have no app subscriptions. So I called an spoke to an agent a couple days ago and they told me they removed it, but I wanted to know how long does it take to be removed from my account? Because when I check my account I still see it listed as an OTT does it take a while billing cycle for it to drop off? I was checking online for a new internet offers and it still wants to include the charge for the amc+ and won’t let me remove it, so I want to make sure amc is removed before I change my plan.

Thanks for reaching out with this inquiry, @Sashia.Renee. When making changes to your services, you should see an update within 72 hours on the app and online. If it's been enough time, and you're still seeing it there, we can double-check our end for you right here. Simply send us a private message with your full name and address to begin.

 

To send a "Peer to peer" ("Private") message:

Click "Sign in" if necessary

-Click the "Direct Message" icon (square chat icon in the upper right corner of your screen next to the bell icon)

-Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

-Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list that appears, and the "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line

-Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

-Press Enter to send it
