Cancel Showtime in Flex

I am trying to cancel my subscription to Showtime on Xfinity Flex and I don't see an option on it to do so or in my account. It said I could cancel anytime. Please advise.

Good morning! How are you today? Thank you for reaching out to us here on our Xfinity Forums so we can help you manage your subscriptions. Did you sign up for Showtime through your Xfintiy Flex box or did you have a subscription prior you sign in to through the Flex box?

You are able to subscribe through us by creating an account through the Xfinity Flex box or you are able to sign up through a 3rd party and then sign into the app. If you did create an account for Showtime through the Xfintiy Flex box, you can press the Xfinity button on your remote, select View All from the Apps row, select Showtime and then unsubscribe.

If you don’t see this option or if you have any trouble, please send us a direct message and we can help you remove this subscription through your account instead.

Here's the detailed steps to Direct Message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
