Cancel HBO MAX already!!!!!
This is really really really annoying, I’ve called and you continue to bill me for HBO max after I was assured it was canceled… hbo website sends us to Xfinity and then y’all say it’s not there, but charge me for it every month!!! I’m about to cancel my whole package if you cannot fix this!!!

Good evening to you @user_363c0e and thank you for your submission. Being charged for something you no longer desire to have would be frustrating. I know if I was being charged for HBOMax after assured it was canceled I would be reaching out too. You have come to the correct department for help.
