Hey there, thanks for reaching out through Xfinity Forums regarding your Xfinity Flex and pairing it with Bluetooth. We would be happy to help you with troubleshooting to help with getting your headphones working with your box. Here is a link on how to pair the headphones, https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/x1-pair-tv-box-with-bluetooth. Are you seeing the headphones listed when you look at the Bluetooth Devices?

@XfinityJeniece

Xfinity team also tried to fix bluetooth pairing issue with flex box. Finally they too gave up and instead provided me with new replacement flex box.

So if Bluetooth pairing fails repeatedly even after restarting and resetting the flex box then replacement is only solution as of today.  I hope Xfinity team debuts the my returned flexbox for this issue and fixes , I guess it is a software bug.

thanks

Our teams definitely gather data from problems that we see, @padx. Once we are past the troubleshooting steps then it is best to replace the equipment or get a visit set up. I am glad that you have that replaced. Does Bluetooth work just fine on the replacement box?
