My third party apps keep cutting off forcing me to restart them every 10-15 min. I’m thinking about canceling xfinity altogether because this is ridiculous and frustrating. What options do I have besides going with a different internet provider?

I know if I was in your shoes I would be frustrated and looking for answers too! We are here to work with you and make sure to provide you with the correct resolution as we would never want to see you leave frustrated and looking for a new provider. 

When you are having issues with your apps are you noticing this happens at any specific time of the day?
