Account info and other features causing errors
My Xfinity Flex (XiOne) streaming box has been having trouble checking for outages, doing a system refresh and even viewing my account and bill from the TV. For many settings it throws an error, APPS-04015 or APPS-04020. Restarting the box has no effect, neither does switching to Ethernet connection directly to the gateway.
