2nd Flex Box Scam

Anyone else here get scammed and now find themselves paying for a "second flex box" they NEVER ASKED FOR?

It is essentially sneaking in a service.

Imagine you ask for a haircut, doze off, and then you wake up and your beard was cut too and they charge you for both, when you only asked for one? Same principle.

They mantra they send you below is meaningless as it doesn't address the fact that you never asked for a second flex box in the first place.

Again, imagine you book your haircut online, then protest that they cut your beard and you never asked them too, then the barber says "our wonderful beard cuts are all on our website stating that a beard cut tacked onto a haircut costs extra money." Unbelievable.

On that website we post the following: 

"Not available to current Xfinity TV customers. Requires post-paid subscription to Xfinity Internet, excluding Internet Essentials. Pricing subject to change. Taxes, fees and other applicable charges extra, and subject to change. Limited to 3 devices. 1 device included, additional devices $5/mo. per device. All devices must be returned when service ends. Separate charges apply to On Demand and certain streaming services. Viewing will count against any Comcast data plan."
