y chat transcript with Xfinity back in June

‎I need to retrieve my chat transcript with Xfinity back in June. I have been told during this chat that i will get a voucher for $200 because i am a new customer. When i called Xfinity customer service, they said there is nothing like this. | Xfinity Community Forum

this was promised when i was contracting to the new internet services. This has been told to me on the chat. the reason why i want to retrieve this chat. it was the same day i signed for the internet contract

user_h52jc1 Gotcha! We can take a look on our side on your promotion terms. You should have also seen the details of any $200 gift card in your order confirmation and agreement. When you get a moment, can you please send a Direct Message with your name, and service address? 
 
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it
