y chat transcript with Xfinity back in June
I need to retrieve my chat transcript with Xfinity back in June. I have been told during this chat that i will get a voucher for $200 because i am a new customer. When i called Xfinity customer service, they said there is nothing like this. | Xfinity Community Forum
