xFinity...GET OUT OF MY EMAIL!

This morning I opened my email and was unable to navigate my email folder because xFinity thinks it's a good idea to never give you a break from the advertisments. There is currently video advertisement placed squarely onto the upper left of the page and it cannot be closed or moved. I can't navigate my email folders.

I get it...you get money from advertisements...?! Come on!

How are you accessing your email? On what device, using what app, what browser? I just tried accessing my email using my desktop, clicking the 'envelope' icon taking me to the Xfinity Connect webmail page. It opened in my Chrome browser, with a 'Google Ads' section on the right site, which I could close. No video advertisement popped up.
