Xfinity is blocking emails from Water Utility Provider

I recently signed up for e-billing with my water utility provider.

I was informed that their emails are bouncing back and to check with my Internet service provider to see if they are blocking the emails.

The Service provider is the Philadelphia Water Revenue Bureau ( [Edited: "Personal Information"])

How can I get these emails to come through?

Hey @MrMoody,

Thank you for visiting our official Xfinity Community Forums support page. We will be more than happy to assist in the Xfinity e-mail issues you are experiencing. Would you first be able to check your e-mail filters to ensure something wasn't accidentally created? You can see your filter settings by visiting our 'Set Email Filters or Spam Filters – Xfinity Email Help' support page. If anyting was acceidently created, you should be able to delete the filter to see if that helps the e-mail come through.

@XfinityDemitrius Thank you for responding.

I checked the email filters for the account I'm using and there are no junk / spam filters created.

Thank you for confirming that for us @MrMoody, we appreciate you checking on the junk/spam filters. We'd be happy to troubleshoot your email issues further. To get started, can you please send us a Direct Message with your first and last name as well as the service address on the account? To send a "Direct Message" ("Private") message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message chat" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it

We look forward to working with you!
