Can’t get email sent to my account. Usually get 10 or so a day haven’t had any for the last week

As a test, send the account an email from some other email account you have like Yahoo or Gmail. Does it get through OK?

Funny when I posted the question I got a email from Comcast that I got an award . On the email I can’t get anything else on.
