Xfinity email deleting all emails from one sender

The system is deleting all emails from one sender who is not blocked or marked spam. I've tried moving the emails out of the Trash into the Inbox and within seconds they are returned to the Trash. I've tried sending them to Spam and then using the Not Spam button to move them to the Inbox and within seconds they are returned to the Trash.

If emails from a specific sender are being automatically moved to Trash in your Xfinity email, even though they’re not marked as spam or blocked, try the following steps:

Troubleshooting Steps:
Check Email Filters:

Log into Xfinity Email
Go to Settings > Email Filters
Look for any filters that might be affecting that sender and delete or adjust them.
Add Sender to Address Book:

Go to Settings > Address Book
Add the sender’s full email address to help prevent filtering issues.
Disable Third-Party Email Clients Temporarily:

If you use Outlook, Apple Mail, etc., disable the account temporarily.
Use only Xfinity Webmail to test if the issue persists — IMAP sync can cause unexpected behavior.
Recover Deleted Items:

Go to Trash > Recover Deleted Items in Xfinity Webmail.
Check if the missing emails are there.

This is a bit embarrassing. I noticed the problem on my computer where I couldn't find any blocks anywhere. I was scrolling through a couple hundred blocked spam phone #s on my phone and at the very bottom was the blocked email address. I have no idea how it got there. I must of accidentally blocked it. I also don't know why it would be at the bottom of the list as it just happened in the last week or so. I would expect the system to show the most recent at the top, but no. I also was surprised a blocked email address was co-mingled with blocked phone #.

It's fixed now and I know where to look in the future.
