Xfinity appears to be blocking Amazon Web Services emails with verification code

Hello, it appears that Xfinity is blocking emails from Amazon Web Services that include verification codes. I can't log in into my account any longer, as I need to input verification code that I don't receive. They send an email with a verification code to my @comcast.net address, but I never receive it, and the email is not in my junk mail folder. It appears that Xfinity is blocking emails from them. I'm not sure if you're using Fortinet or CISCO, but could someone please contact the email engineer and verify my email address - [Edited: "Personal Information"] - for the blocked emails over the last few days? I tried several days and made numerous attempts. AWS support is useless; they can only help you if you contact them from within the support portal AFTER you log in. So I have to rely on you all. Please unblock my emails and temporarily whitelist the sender's address. I'm hoping for a quick resolution of this issue.

@reanor As you can see, the email address has been removed for privacy reasons.  If you send me a DM, I can try to take a look at what might be going on.

Just so folks understand what happened.

It looks like the OP marked some messages as spam many months ago for this sender.  It could have been intentionally, accidentally, or their third-party client doing this without their knowledge.  At any rate, through the FBL system, AmazonSES (who send on behalf of AWS) were notifed, and added the OP to a "suppression list" to prevent further complaints.  Reaching out to Amazon confirmed this, and they're now working to resolve on their side.

AWS support just told me that my email address isn't in suppression list.
