Why do I have to keep resetting my password

I have to reset my password every 5-8 days!  This has been going on for months!!! Help!

Hi, @user_44ff83. Thanks for reaching out about your password reset issue. That is defnitly too often and we will have to take a look at your account and see what is going on. Can you send us a private message?

 

Make sure you are signed in with your Xfinity credentials

1. In the top right corner, you'll see a little chat icon. Click this "Peer to peer chat" icon 

2. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

3. In the 'To' line, type "Xfinity Support" there. A drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list (an "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line)

4. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

5. Press Enter to send it. An official employee, such as myself or whoever is first available, will respond. Thanks!

What did you find out?  That has been happening to me also. It is likely not someone trying to log in since I have dual factor set up and I would get notified.

@user_a7ddd2 Hello! I am sorry you are having this issue as well. Since this is an old thread, can you create your own post regarding the login issue you are having, so we can look into this issue for you?
