Where does one go to create another log in?

When I search for it, the address that comes up is searches is https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/adding-new-user-names-or-email-addresses

But unfortunately the page does not work on my Android phone and Windows 11 computer.

I get this error message

400 Bad Request

Try the front door.  Goto https://xfinity.com   On the top right, there's a sign in link.  Login as the account administrator.  Then, on the top right, click the person icon to get a drop down menu.  You can then add a user under the "Accounts and Identity" link.

Thanks. I don't think it was quite as obvious in the app, but found it on the web page before I saw your post.

Yes, you can. But what happened to the article that walks users through that process? The link the OP posted, that I've been referring posters to for years, now returns "404 Error", and if there is a replacement page, I cannot find it. [Edited: "Inflammatory"]

Since that page appears to be dead, try https://forums.xfinity.com/conversations/my-account/answered-how-to-add-invite-manage-and-remove-users-on-your-xfinity-subscriber-account/602da482c5375f08cd7fd378, which is pretty much a copy of it.

The simplest way to add a user is by following the instructions for setting up a Viewer user account.

Note that you need to log in with the Primary UserID to create a new user/email address.

The UserID you create is also the first half of an @Comcast.net email address, but to use it you must first log in with the new ID and then visit https://connect.xfinity.com/ to activate it.

Thank you for reaching out to us @SammyS56! I see flatlander3 and BruceW provided some helpful tips! Additionally, you can create an ID here.

@XfinityAldrik thanks, but I did find the link before I saw reference here. Xfinity really needs to fix the help links in their help reference.
