Where can I get help migrating my comcast emails to Yahoo.

I no longer have access to my Comcast emails that were there before the migration and I can’t send emails. It requires an IMAP ACCOUNT Comcast Comcast account password which I don’t know and there’s no option to change it. I waited on hold for 58 minutes for a Yahoo rep and then worked with her for over another hour with no resolution.

Are you able to sign in to webmail?  By saying "It requires an IMAP ACCOUNT" are you implying that you are using a third party email app?  Are you able to sign in to your comcast.net email at https://mail.yahoo.com with your comcast.net credentials?

If you're using a third party email app you would need to change your server settings for comcast.net to Yahoo! Mail's settings:
