It isn't clear if they still intend to send the "switch" emails, but they are not needed. You can reach the "switch" page by logging in to https://www.xfinity.com/email.

If you don't switch, https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/yahoo-email-migration-overview says:

... if you do not upgrade, eventually you will lose access to your comcast.net email account ...

@BruceW

According to https://help.yahoo.com/kb/new-yahoo-mail/SLN36803.html

it says "Xfinity will email you once the Yahoo Terms of Service are available for you to accept."

Here too.

That is why asked, what happens if you do not get the email.

Yes, I have also been check my email through both my email client and Comcast web mail site.

It's a mistake to take Comcast/Xfinity at its word, and an even bigger mistake to believe what other companies say on its behalf. Note that the "migration" article says "... when the time comes, you’ll see yours in your inbox or when you securely sign in to connect.xfinity.com."

Maybe we'll get an email invitation, and maybe we won't. Maybe we'll get a "last chance!" email, and maybe we won't. Personally, I'm not going to wait. I've seen far too many examples of this company saying "We're going to do X", but X never happens.
