Verizon text to Comcast emails not being delivered
Hi - Verizon text to Comcast email is frequently not getting through.
We've even logged into Comcast.net and sent emails to the Verizon addresses (ending in @vtext.com and vzwpix.com) and they are received. BUT their replies often do not make it. There is some rejected message they're receiving.
Earlier in the week some texts to emails with the return address in the format (for example) 732-123-4567@vzwpix.com were going into Comcast's spam folder but now they just seem to not make it through.
Is this a known issue? TIA.

Hello, @BobsBlitz, I hope your week has been a good one! I'm sorry about the email issue. It sounds like you will want to reach out to Verizon since your messages are being initiated with that service. If you can send and receive email initiating communication with your Comcast email address, then your account is working. I would send an email to yourself using your Comcast email to test inbound and outbound sending. If you have any other details that will help us investigate please let us know.

What I found was that texts (actually texts turned into emails) with the domains vpix.com and vzwpix.com often (but oddly not always) wind up in Comcast's spam filter...
