Verification

Express Scripts now requires 2 factor authentication.  They have my correct comcast email to send a code but the verification code never arrives in my inbox. What can I do?  It is not in junk or spam. I had this problem with a VPN company in the past and had to change to my gmail address.  If I can get a human at Express Scripts I may be able to do the same but what is going on?

Was this working in the past, and has Express Scripts had any recent updates that may have caused the sudden loss of getting the verification emails if you were getting them before?

Express Scripts just initiated this requirement.  I receive other email without a problem but I have had other senders verification emails not get to my comcast inbox.  In this case the emails were finally received but a half hour later, which is useless for verification as they are by then expired.  Today it was resolved.  I called and asked ES to send the code to my gmail address.  When I was finally able to log in I changed my verification setting to text to a phone number.  Problem solved for me even though I know it is a problem for others.  Comcast email filters out verification codes.
