Verification email not coming thru for some reason
I am unable to use a website because the site sends the verification email and for some reason, Comcast is not letting it come thru. Comcast has very simple settings and options for email and I have nothing set up nor can I see anything that is obvious as to why the emails aren't coming thru. This is very frustrating as I can't continue on the website I am trying to use. I have read thru the forums and such and I see many responses about Direct Messaging support but I do not see a Direct Message icon anywhere so I can't do that as was suggested. I really need to be able to continue on that website and I have the email address of where it's coming from so if that email can please be allowed to come thru, it will appreciated. Please let me know what I need to do to get that to happen.
