I have this same issue. It seems December 1st thru yesterday are no where to be found.

@XfinityArmand I have had this same experience about three times in the past year. The latest was last week. This time I lost all email between 12/12/23 and 1/6/24. As others have mentioned they were no where to be found. They suddenly "re-appeared" about a day later. Needless to say it can be problematic when you think they are permanently gone and there were receipts and invoices missing. Looking through this forum I see that I am not the only one that has experienced this. It would be nice to know the cause of this to avoid it in the future. Any ideas what is happening?
@user_vebkfk Are you still having the issue with missing emails? I do suggest to always back up important receipts and invoices that may be needed in the future. I myself have those things saved on my computer, an external hard drive and also have them printed in my own home just in case I ever lose the ability to access any of my emails.

To send a "direct message" / "private message" message to Xfinity Support:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
• - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
• - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
