URGENT - MILLIONS OF MISSING EMAILS FROM 1999 UNTIL 2025 IN BOTH INBOX AND SENT BOX

I have been a Comcast customer since 1999. I have had email with you since then. I had millions of emails in my Inbox and Sent mailbox since 1999. These email contained memories, special moments and important life documents. Back in the Spring I called Comcast when I noticed my emails were deleted from all those years ago and I can only go back to October 27, 2024 in my Inbox and back to October 23, 2017 in my Sent box. I lost my Mom and all I had left from her was the emails that I looked at daily to remind me of the special memories we had.

I’m pleading with Comcast to do the right thing and restore my emails in my Inbox and Sent mailbox to back from 1999, the ones they removed. I know you have backup servers that store all this data. I’m asking for your Corporate IT personal to take care of this case and escalate it ASAP.

I never received an email, or letter from Comcast letting their customers know our emails would be deleted. I was always told that Comcast does not delete my emails, only I can.

I’m praying you will do the right thing and restore the emails that Comcast deleted without my permission.

Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out to Xfinity Support @user_lq9xn7!  We're so glad to hear from you and want to assist in any way that we can to ensure you're having the best experience with your emails.  You can follow these steps to recover lost emails here, https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/recover-deleted-email. Those steps should help to bring back any emails we have on our servers and put them into a folder in your email box.

Thank you for the reply, I have already done all of those steps, and I have multiple tickets open with Xfinity IT and Xfinity Security and Xfinity Corporate an no one has a solution as of today. A total of four escalated tickets open as of today.

I need these emails, I did not delete them, Xfinity-Comcast deleted them. They are on your backup severs at Corporate, I just need Corporate IT to restore my data.

Thank you

Security IT told me the normal way of restoring the deleted files will not work for me, it has to be done by an Comcast-Xfinity Expert IT person who has access to the backup Site servers.
