Upset with Yahoo Email [Edited]

I’m extremely upset with your new Yahoo email. I now have to spend five dollars a month to get an ad free email that I used to get for free. We no longer get ABC on Comcast TV and now we have to pay for email services. This is very poor customer support.

As far as email goes, you can use an ad blocker for yahoo mail for your browser.  I use Firefox and have an ad blocker for yahoo.

I just can't continue with Yahoo. It's so frustrating and checking email has become a nightmare and a very time consuming task. Email with Comcast was great. I thought I HAD to change to Yahoo.  I think I will leave Comcast all together. If I can cancel my internet I will do that too.  Very horrible service with Yahoo

At some point this year everyone will be migrated to Yahoo! Mail, and we do understand how you feel.

A couple of things you can do.  Depending on your browser you might be able to find an extension that blocks ads in Yahoo! Mail.  Or, your other alternative is to use a third party email app.

I'm a long term customer of 18 years. I do not want to be on Yahoo Mail. Can I go back to the old Xfinity email? I am 77 years old and feel like I was tricked into Yahoo Mail. Put me back on Xfinity Mail please.

user_1933a2 Unfortunately, there is no way to go back to Xfinity email after transitioning to Yahoo. The email systems are very similar, overall there is not much difference in the overall operation.
