Unblock Truth Social

I have been unable to join Truth Social Network: due to never receiving a confirmation email they are attempting to send to my @comcast.net email address. Others have reported that they get the verification email immediately when they use a different email account such as @gmail.com. Please remove the Truth Social block on my email account. Hey there! Did you check your spam filters and folder to ensure this was not accidentally marked as spam?

If it's not in SPAM, then it may be simply being dropped for some reason. It's not unique to Comcast. I tried creating a Formula1 account using my att.net (Yahoo-based) account. I never received the verification email, and it's not in SPAM. I changed to my comcast.net email, and it came through immediately.

Good afternoon,

I've already looked into this domain and there are no blocks or filters against their domain. They are delivering emails to comcast.net without any issues. In this instance they are sending emails to everyone else except you. Its also not uncommon for the sender to block who they send emails to. You will want to reach out to the email administrator for the domain(truthsocial) for further details and/or resolution.

@XfinityCSAEmail Thousands of people claiming the very same thing. How is this possible unless it actually IS happening. I tried the very same thing. Nothing yet. You have it set to auto deny anything from them in your algorithms. It is obvious. I have been a faithful customer for multiple decades now and you sensor what I want when I pay you?  Why?

I'm having the same problem with legit domains being blocked. Nobody has been particularly helpful at Xfinity. I have several domains that I know of that are blocked all of the sudden with no reason. I'm guessing you probably have other domains blocked by Xfinity. They can't explain why but try to blame the companies. Ridiculous. Why would all the companies all of the sudden be blocked by Xfinity and it be their problem and not Xfinity???? Like you if if use @gmail I will get messages but not @comcast. FIX THE PROBLEM XFINITY! Also wondering if you had the same problem as me- it seemed to start about a month or so ago when all of the sudden I was bombarded with about 50-70 spam messages a day. Then that stopped along with the ability to receive legit corporate email-- stuff like confirmation of shipment for something I purchased.

They are definitely still doing it. I just tried several times then googled “Is my Xfinity email blocking me from joining Truth Social?” I saw all the other people that had the same problem so I tried my gmail and it went right through the first time. Definitely going to look for another provider after this. You have to hit them in the pocket book or companies will keep doing this kind of stuff.

So that's why I can't get my email confirmation. I kind of thought it was comcast blocking it shadow like. Pathetic... ... ...

Comcast doesn't care. They give you Ticket numbers to try to appease you and never ever follow up. I also don't get replies to my posts on cruisecritic. Used to, but not any more.

There are a zillion email services out there. Just because you have Comcast for Internet does not mean you are required to only use their email.

Comcast is BLOCKING EMAILS FROM TRUTH SOCIAL!  I just tried to set up an account for the umpteenth time with my Comcast email and still no mail from Truth Social.  Switched to using an Oulook.com email and INSTANTLY RECEIVED THE EMAIL FROM TRUTH SOCIAL!

Tried twice today to create an account on truthsocial. Never got either of their verification email. Then I used my gmail account and got the verification email within 2 seconds.

Use a gmail account or whatever you set up as back up for security purposes for your Comcast email.  I had the same problem and once I tried a couple times to have my comcast.net email verified for truth social and didn’t receive it I knew comcast was blocking it one way or another.  Incidentally, my Apple Card emails are still being blocked by comcast. So I’m not able to receive emails about statements or payments from my comcast.net inbox.  Unfortunately, comcast has arbitrarily decided what domains are good and bad without further investigation.

I have tried for months and even used two other comcast email address.  All have had the authentication emails from Truth Social blocked.  I would appreciate it if one of you Comcast guru's would fix this.

Hello @Frank_Smith! We most certainly know how important it is to receive email from specific senders, but know that there are a variety of things that may prevent the emails from coming through to your inbox. May I ask, had you the opportunity to check out the spam folder, and ensured there are no filters set that may prevent those emails from coming through?

I've included a helpful link here that will walk you through how to check on those settings to confirm!

Please let me know what questions you may have!

I can confirm the information in that post-------I tried with my Comcast account and I got the email from them, but with about a 2 1/2 to 3 hour delay.

I had Truth Social send 3 verification emails to my Comcast box, waited 24 hours, checked all spam folders, nothing.  Then I had them send to protonmail, and got it instantly.  This is on my own home network; I AM the network administrator.  I also checked on multiple devices to make sure it was not an email client issue.

So yes, this is a Comcast issue.  Maybe their customer service guys don't know about it, but someone in the company had a "oops, pay no attention to my political bias" moment.

This is why I don't trust tech companies.  The company lies, and the poor employees caught in the middle can't do anything but pass the buck and hope for the best.
