Unable to reset email password

I tried to login to my Xfinity ID "[Edited: "Personal Information"]" and the system requires that I update my password. It says that it sent an email to [Edited: "Personal Information"] but I checked all folders and I can't find an email from Xfinity. Also it offers to send a text to a phone I no longer own. I tried to chat and call but nobody can help. Please help.
