user_jzjst5 - Hello, and thank you for joining us here on the forums! Quickly and easily sign in and access your Xfinity Email using the Xfinity app or connect.xfinity.com. Have you upgraded your comccast.net email experience to Yahoo Mail just yet?

I have been using connect.xfinity.com. No, I haven't been invited to upgrade yet. Are there instructions for upgrading early?

Great question! Once you’re eligible to upgrade your comcast.net email account to Yahoo Mail, you’ll see a prompt to accept Yahoo’s terms of service when you securely sign in to your email at connect.xfinity.com. There is not currently a way to get this done early.

We know how frustrating it is when emails suddenly stop coming in.

Since you can still send emails, that’s a good sign your account is active. Let’s run through a few things that commonly cause this:

First, check your Spam/Junk folder and any other folders (like Archive or custom folders) in case messages are being filtered there.

Next, make sure your mailbox isn’t full. If storage is maxed out, new emails won’t be delivered.

Since you tested both the web app and your Samsung phone and neither is receiving emails, that points more toward a mailbox or settings issue rather than the device. Go ahead and check your email filters and blocked senders list in webmail at xfinity.com to make sure nothing is accidentally routing or blocking incoming mail.

If you have any forwarding rules set up, try temporarily disabling them to see if emails start coming through.

You can also try sending a test email from a different email account and see if it arrives. If it doesn’t, let us know if the sender gets any kind of error or bounce message.

If none of that brings emails back in, let us know and we’ll take a closer look with you 👍

My Spam folder has several recent emails, but my inbox doesn't. I deleted most of my inbox and trash and my usage shows 52%. I have no filters or blocked senders or forwarding rules. I'm not getting emails I sent from gmail earlier today and no bounce messages.

I checked my spam folder and it has current spam, but not messages I'd expect in the inbox. My email shows I'm at 52%. I deleted most of my inbox and trash. I have not filters, blocked senders or forwarding rules. I sent several messages from my gmail account and they're not coming in either - no bounce messages.
