Unable to Log Into or Receive Email [Edited]
I have not been able to log into or receive email since 1/31/26! I have had no luck reaching anyone from Xfinity or comcast to solve the problem! A chat directed me to a tech for an $80 phone call! Unacceptable! I cannot sign in!!!!

How are you trying to sign in? Are you using a browser and trying to log in to webmail? Or, are you using a third party email app? Getting any error messages? In webmail have you checked to see if Auto Forward has been turned on?
