unable to access, although have had this several years. Do I need to change my password?  contact/text cell number is [Edited: "Personal Information"]

KennethH1 That is a great questions and one I would be asking if I was not able to access my email. Is your Xfinity account that the email account is connected to still active and have you been accessing it without letting months go between access?
