Unable to access email despite email showing as active
Whenever I try to access my email at https://xfinityconnect.email.comcast.net/, I am immediately redirected to the "Using and managing Xfinity Email accounts" support article (https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/account-email-information). I followed the steps at https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/email-activity-status to check my email status and it does not show the inactive status message- it just lists my email, says my Comcast email is also my username, and has a "Go to inbox" link (which, again, immediately redirects to the same support article). Attempting to access my email via an external client also fails.

You should go to https://connect.xfinity.com/appsuite to check your email.
