Unable to access comcast.net account [Edited]
I want to access my Comcast.net email account. I already have a yahoo account for another purpose, but the system keeps taking me to the old yahoo account and I am unable to access the comcast.net account.

Hi there! It sounds like your browser is automatically signing you back into the Yahoo account you already use, rather than letting you access the separate mailbox connected to your Comcast.net address.
If your Comcast.net email has already moved to Yahoo Mail, first sign completely out of your existing Yahoo account. Then go back to the Yahoo sign-in page and enter your full Comcast.net email address, including @comcast.net, along with the password for that Comcast.net email account. Your Comcast.net address stays the same even though Yahoo is now hosting the mailbox.
If it keeps automatically opening the other Yahoo account, try using a private/incognito browser window so it does not reuse the saved Yahoo session.
If you have not completed the Comcast.net move to Yahoo yet, you may still need to access the email through Xfinity first and complete the migration when prompted.
